Wood Panel Hot Press Process in Our Production Workshop
Hot pressing is the most critical procedure in wood panel manufacturing, which directly determines the bonding strength, flatness and stability of plywood, melamine panels and veneer boards.
In our Linyi factory hot press workshop, raw veneers and substrates are assembled and sent into hot press machines. Under constant high temperature and pressure, adhesive cures firmly to combine all layers tightly.
Strict control of pressure, temperature and pressing time effectively avoids board deformation, bubbling and delamination problems. This ensures all finished panels can meet the quality requirements for furniture manufacturing, interior decoration and overseas engineering projects.
We produce full series wood panels: plywood, melamine MDF, particle board, flame retardant board, bent wood panel and solid wood integrated timber. Standard 4ft×8ft size, thickness from 1mm to 30mm, custom specifications are supported.
All production lines are strictly monitored to keep stable quality for bulk export shipments to Middle East, North Africa, Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.
