Veneer Sorting Process
Strict Quality Control From Veneer Raw Material To Finished Panels
Full plywood manufacturing workflow from raw veneer storage to finished board. Every production procedure follows strict quality standards to provide flat, stable, defect-free plywood for furniture and decoration projects worldwide.
Complete Plywood Production Process With Strict Quality Control
High-performance plywood depends on standardized production and rigorous quality inspection in every procedure.
Our whole production flow starts with high-quality raw veneer storage. Qualified veneers are stored in a constant-humidity warehouse to balance moisture and avoid dry cracking.
Next comes veneer sorting. Workers carefully pick out damaged veneers and retain intact raw materials. Then veneer jointing connects small veneers into complete whole core veneer, ensuring neat inner layers.
After veneer conditioning, veneers go through gluing and cross laying technology. Cross-grain laying greatly improves structural stability and effectively prevents panel warping. Defects on veneer surface will be repaired in the core repair procedure.
Subsequently, panels experience cold pressing and hot pressing. Proper pressure and temperature ensure tight bonding between veneer layers. We carry out surface sanding and precise edge sawing to get standard-size smooth boards.
All finished plywood will be sorted and inspected one by one. Unqualified products are eliminated before export packing and container loading.
Strict quality control in every process guarantees flat surface, stable structure and long service life of our plywood.
We supply furniture plywood, melamine panels, marine plywood, solid wood timber and other wood panels. Standard 4×8ft size, customizable thickness to meet diverse global market demands.
